Certainly. It swings much like a broadsword, only a bit heavier, as mine is Astartes-grade. Normally I'd suggest a human use two hands but you're strong enough to manage it with one.
It is primarily a cutting weapon, I don't recommend using it as a thrusting blade without a bit of practice, the motion of the blades will throw your balance off until you're used to the blade moving even while you swing it. Broad strikes are best, because you can carve a lot off with them. You can also reverse the direction of the blades to throw your opponent's parry off.
